Hello all,
I just thought I would introduce myself, my name is Mark and I am a 32 year old from London. I don't actually live in Buriram but my girlfriend lives in Lahan Sai, and I'm there every third month.
I do enjoy the life in Buriram, it is nice and chilled. I suppose my ultimate plan would be move there one day, but until that day I will be working my same old boring IT role.
All the best :)

Welcome Moomin.
Dundee Mk whatever, aka Croc lives in Lahansai. Beware of him - he'll lead you astray! :o
-
Cheers Nick, I'll watch out ;)

Hello Mark, you're welcome to join us on the saterdayafternoon drink at the big market - I also live in Lahansai : 255 Moo 1.

My wife of almost 20 years is from Lahansai. We currently are living in Hawaii, but plan on retiring to Thailand in 2-3 years. My sister-in-law sells donuts at many of the night markets around Lahansai (they are very good quality). We will be visiting Lahansai this June, hopefully we will be able to meet some of the Buriram expats while we are there.

Give him a pie for New year, Starman!

Welcome! When we are in Thailand, we have a place in the village of Nong Mi, which is about halfway between Lahansai & Pakham. Hope to meet you one of these days; along with Croc & Ahab.

I will be in Thailand for a month in June, the plan is to retire and make the permanent move to Thailand in 2015/2016. Hopefully I will meet one or two of the members when I am there and if not this time there is always the next time.
