At this point in time the owners are not considering renting this property.
Things may change at a later date. I will update if that is the case.

If you take the road that passes the Government Hospital - Nasatanee Road I think - (hospital on your right) it's about 2k's down on your right, before you hit the traffic lights at the 288

DD ... as it was not my house, it would probably be unethical to post too much information on the sale.
However, it was sold at near the asking price to a lovely Thai family.

In this case, the price that was paid was consistent with other recent sales in the area for the same type of property.
The price paid was also very close to the appraised valuation of the property.
I know how much was paid (as I am sure does everyone in the Moo Ban).
But as previously stated. it's not my place to discuss the cash settlement of someone elses property.
Overpaid? I think not. A fair price? Definitely.
