Title: Hello Everybody

My Thai wife and myself have just moved from New Zealand to Baan Nonkham on the outskirts of Krasang. I am originally from Switzerland.
We  are in the process of building a house in the village and I am sure I will have a few questions in the future. At present I have a contract and building spec in Thai which I don't understand and wonder if anyone knows where I could turn that into English.
