Well for people who know the estate it is a nice quiet place and i have priced the house at a fair price and u have to take in account that u can move in without anything to do.

Ok Happy larry thinks he is smart house has been extended,three new bathrooms,new kitchen,new furnishings,extra work done in the garden and of course he forgets land prices have gone up in the last twelve months.People like him are only jealous and dont have the money to buy sour grapes im afraid.
