Hello expats,
I am hoping for some friendly advice on how to solve my visa woes.
OK I entered thailand on the 3rd oct 2011 and planned to stay till 3rd march 2012 using my non-imm 'o' visa.
I got stamped on arrival for 90 days taking me up to 31 dec 2011,but then forgot like the dick i am that i had to do a visa run before my non-imm 'o' visa ran out on the 3rd dec to take me through to march.
I havent got the funds to get the 1 year extension so thats out the question and i only want to stay on for 2 more months,
am i heading home so soon or can someone PLEASE HELP
cheers chris

Hi Chris,
Ok, the mistake already been done but don't worry there is a solution for this kind of situation you have.
If you would like to stay 2 more months a trip to the closest Thai consulate will be needed.
The closest Thai consulate is in Savannakhet,Laos and you will have to apply for a tourist visa.
Note you will have to spend between 1-2 nights in Savannakhet,Laos until your visa will be ready, you can read full details here:
