Well after all the hype,,,,,the 787 entered service 2 weeks ago (3 years late) & what happens..... it had to free fall the undercarriage yesterday.
Just a few days after another Boeing, this time a 767 had a belly landing in Poland...
I'll stick to the Airbus!!

Been a Aircraft Maintenance Engineer for 39 years and I diagree with you toally....if you ever worked on a Airbus you know what I mean...Boeing is the only way to go.....I notice that the A380 wasn't on time either....

I was an LAE for 37 years before calling it a day,& I'm afraid I totally disagree with you ,I worked on Airbuses & Boeings ,& to me any AIrbus beats a Boeing hands down.To see a Boeing other than a 747 at many European Airport these days is a rare sighting even moreso at many airports out here (excepting Japan & S Korea)...I used to dread seeing a 767 coming into the hangar for 'routine maintenance'!!!
