Sorry Alan ....one more thing ....http://housewares.about.com/od/cookware/tp/10ruinnonstick.htm

#4. Using Metal Spatulas, Whisks or Tongs
Refrain from using any metal utensils in your nonstick to stir, turn food, scrape food residue, or blend foods right in the pan. The best utensils to use are wood, plastic, or silicone. Many companies are now making silicone whisks which are terrific for that quick blending. Even occasional fork-turning can nick and scratch your pan.  smilenod

Back to basics Alan. What fish did the Mrs use?

Ingredients ..4 large potatoes\ 4 Pla too , fry the pla too take off the meat and skin off-- give the heads  bones and skin to the Mrs lol. Mash the potatoes and the pla too meat (no Butter) season with a little bit of black pepper and salt and a touch of Knorr chicken seasoning powder ,not too much it can get salty or if you want more seasoning leave the salt out, and some herbs mixed hebs or parsley (fresh parsley best chop it small) but Ive been using mixed dry herbs Italian, make into patties \leave to cool down .Roll them in plain flour then dip them in egg and then the bread crumbs . fry not too hot . and they taste better than Birds eye ..   you can also add chopped chives or spring onion very small chopped to the mix.TRY IT !!

So if it was cornflour cheese - what exactly is that and what are the lumps that show in the picture? Perhaps it was a cornflour cheese sauce, but there is certainly something else there.

I use the Army grading system:

Is the beer free?

Is the beer cold?

If yes, it is a great beer.

I'm all for saving money so here is a BBC recipe I use for making fish cakes using tinned sardines ( only 11 baht a can ,if you buy the cheap ones )   thumbup

They may not look as nice as yours Alan but they are Aroy Mak Mak  hungry1

No cornflour cheese and no oven ,plus sardines are high in Vitamins A and D and are rich in omega 3 fatty acids .Studies published in 2004 and 2009 have suggested that omega -3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of depression and suicide.I eat loads, maybe that's why I'm so hyper  jumping8

Here's the recipe .. thumbup

Will you be selling peanuts and beer ?

The Banana delivery service has been put on hold for now as Nok's bananas have past their sell by date.As Nok loves a good Muffin  yum1 she it going to give this recipe a go tomorrow.

Banana Nut Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 overripe bananas
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
2 eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup Mexican Style Peanuts, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and lightly butter 2 muffin tins.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside. Mash 2 of the bananas with a fork in a small bowl so they still have a bit of texture. With an electric mixer fitted with a wire whisk, whip the remaining bananas and sugar together like you mean it, for a good 3 minutes. Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla and beat well, scraping down the sides of the bowl once or twice. Mix in the dry ingredients just until incorporated. Fold in the Mexican Style Peanuts and the mashed bananas with a rubber spatula. Spoon the batter into the muffin tins to fill them about halfway. Give them a rap on the counter to get any air bubbles out.

Bake until a toothpick stuck in the muffins comes out clean, 18 to 20 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes before turning the muffins out. Serve warm or at room temperature. hungry1

What could be better .....Muffin,Banana and Nuts  ;).......Maybe I'll try one with a beer  thumbup
