Title: Chipmunks?

Hi

Just seen what looked like a chipmunk in the garden! Smaller than a UK squirrel but with a couple of stripes running the length of the tail ~~~ any info on these things are they good or a pest?

It will be a Squirrel, more than likely the Slender Squirrel or the Black Striped Squirrel ( see photos )

If its not one of these two here's a site that shows a few more which are indigenous to Thailand  :biggrin:

BTW in Thai they are called a Garock ( spelling  ??? ) ......กระรอก

If you had said three strips down its back ,I would have got it first time  :P

Did the boss lady say what they tasted like  hungry1

A Pick-up Truck full of squirrels

A police officer sees a Thai man driving around with a pick-up truck full of Squirrels. He pulls the Thai guy over and says...
"You can't drive around with squirrels in this town! Take them to the market immediately."
The Thai guy says "OK"... and drives away.
The next day, the officer sees the Thai guy still driving around with the truck full of squirrels, and they're all wearing sun glasses. He pulls the Thai guy over and demands...
"I thought I told you to take these squirrels to the market yesterday?"
The Thai guy replies...
"I did . . . today I'm taking them to the beach!" :laugh:

They have also eaten a lot of my electrical wiring in the loft, so TMWG you may want to get shot of these little F***ers before they do damage. I am!  buttslap
