I'll second that.  but the real Irish winter warmer is Poteen (still illegal in Ireland).  I brought some over to my wifes Father a while back.  He and his friends thought that it couldn't be strong as it didn't taste as harsh as their Home brew rice whiskey.  The following morning they had to admit they were wrong.  They drank water and were soon pissed again. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poit%C3%ADn (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poit%C3%ADn)

Irish Coffees are lovely.  But not if you cheat and use whipped cream.  I was a bar man for most of my college years and when I see people spraying whipped cream from a can on to an Irish coffee, that always annoyed me (just like pouring a pint of guinness in one go, sinful!).  Normal cream should be poured over the back of a spoon directly onto the coffee (it's not too easy).
I will have to make you a genuine proper Irish Coffee next time i'm in Buriram.

If you can pour a pint of Guinness in one go, it's got too much water or no gas...
