Hi

The land has access but it's off the main road quite considerably, and it's a red road.  The photo's of the trees are at six months as i in the process of reprinting new photo's that were lost due to a bad memory card.  If people want to know why there is tapioca between the trees; well, that is for protection against the wind and that is common practice for the first two or three years for rubber trees.  The price is the going price for that area (not a farang price ) i know farang who pay millions of baht for a rai of land from their wife's mother or family - but this is agricultural land.
