The UK has the second highest foreign aid budget in the world (in £ terms, not as a % of GDP).A lot of these countries we send money to are very rich anyway, just they have corrupt governments that don't share the wealth,they need sorting steamingMad
It seems some of the poorest Countries has the smallest debts :blink:

To be honest I thought with the name Pee Nuu he might be a thai person. As for the style, I just thought It was a Thai relying on google translator too much and misusing the big words.
