It may have cost 1.8 million baht WITH land, but if you paid that just for the building I would say you were done!
It might help if you were to advise the land size.

The cost includes the land, but, you know, the houses can be built with materials of different prices, and this house 'was built with the best.
home is '16 meters x 10.5 meters, front land is about 10 meters, about 8 meters left, and 5 meters right. 3 meters back.
