Irish man dies after road accident in Thailand

The Department of Foreign Affairs have confirmed it is offering consular assistance to an Irish family following the death of a man in Thailand.

The Department of Foreign Affairs have confirmed it is offering consular assistance to an Irish family following the death of a man in Thailand.

Aidan Hopkins, from Edenderry, Co Offaly, who was in his mid-40s and had been living in Thailand, was struck by a car on Wednesday when he was crossing a road.

He died in hospital yesterday.

Aiden is the guy who opened and designed the Paddy's Irish Bar, a very beautiful with authentic Irish design with attention to small details.
Later sold the bar to the current owner now, Brian.
