Yes it might need a bit of explanation.. In the UK and obviously Australia they have  replica dogs outside shops to collect loose change for the charity Guide dogs for the blind. runningdog

I can only assume that this lady? has a blind dog and thought it was meant for her, she must be one tough broad they are b****y heavy.
