Title: Pitched Roof or Flat Roof?

planning the house and I am not sure of which option the best.
maybe flat roof less noisy when its raining? or is it more hot/cold?
would love to hear your opinion.

As far as I am concerned there are no benefits in a flat roof other than it is cheaper.

As far as I am concerned there are no benefits in a flat roof other than it is cheaper.

Flat roofs are nothing but trouble. As an ex-plumber, trust me, the best route for water is downwards and quickly!

definitely Pitched Roof. well insulated Pitched Roof will do a much better job preventing moist and water getting into the house and keep it cool in hot season if properly installed.
