I was finally able to get the geo-location of the land:

I attached the map where the land is indicated.
It is well located in Nang Rong. Any suggestion how much it is worth?

I have just picked up 15 Rai in Lahansai 800,000 TB 24,000 sq m and it has sugar cane on it that will return 200,000 in three months. unless it is right in town the price per rai is about 30-50,000 on rai is 1600 sqm. Hope this helps

What normally happens is a stupid farang come here and pays over the top for land and then the local expect everyone to pay the same.I had land in Koh Samui and never paid more than 300k a Rai,now they ask 500k a rai for land in Surin near the town which is just crazy.
AS Seaby says,local farm land should be about 20-50k a rai and in or near a village may double that MAX..IMHO .!!!

I finally found ads in Thai for Thais for land for sale in the same area (less then 500m away) and they are asking for the same price for half and 1/3 of the size of the land I am selling.
So I guess the price I am asking is cheap.
