I was in TUK.COM Pattaya last month with a view to buy a notebook for my 11 year old daughter, unfortunately for every seller, next door there was a shop doing repairs which i found out later that they were in the habit of removing parts from origonals and repairing other ones (silly me not to notice}Which brings me to the question-If i buy a notebook from the UK and give it to my daughter who knows little English, how well will she be able to use it if I put a thai keyboard cover over the UK keyboard? any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks

All you'll have to do is install the "Thai language" in the windows or even better to ask the seller of the notebook you'll buy to do it for you. (it will probably be free of charge).
Once you arrive Thailand/Buriram, you can buy stickers for the keyboard to match to your daughter Thai language fonts&symbols.
Cost: 20 Baht.

its ok. just don't forget to tell the notebook shop to set the dual language English-Thai.
you'll be fine. :)
