If you move to Thailand, what kind of car is best to buy, new or second hand, which brand is good value for money?

Best value; Mitsubishi, Nissan, Mazda, Ford, Chevrolet.

Best quality; Toyota, Honda.

Best Resale value; Toyota, Honda, Isuzu.

Second hand or New?
The wide spread opinion in the farang community is that buying new is the best option, however, have some very good second hand cars in the market in good prices.
If you don't mind the Thai stereotip about second hand cars.. well. you can find some real bargains..

Depend how much you have and what kind of car do you really need..
