Title: R.I.P. Martin Knapp of the Farang Connection, Surin

I am sorry to report that Martin passed away in his sleep, last night after a low fight against cancer.
Like him or Loathe him, he was a very important part of the Surin Expat Community and helped me and many other over the years.

R.I.P. and I'm glad our team gave you a 5 -0 win last night,mate

Very sad news indeed. I am glad to have known the man and my sympathies to his family and friends.

George of T/Visa has announced that the cremation will be at 9am Wednesday in the Wat behind the Farang Connection.

I visited the 'Farang Connection twice,but Martin wasn't there on either occasion.......RIP

Sorry to hear it. Very bad news for the Surin farang community.

I've talked with Martin several times and he was always helpful, nice guy that I really respect him for his success and his activity in and for the local Surin expats community.

Rest In Peace.

Well on the ocassions I met Martin he was always good fun and full of useful information, a larger than life character  ... Surin will be a poorer place without him ... R.I.P.
