I would think that any 'farang' who has appeared before a Thai Court be it civil or criminal is either unable to answer or no longer here!!!!!!!!!!

I appeared before a Thai civil court twice. Each time 3 judges present.

WHY?

First to obtain a divorce from my Thai wife - who had "fled the scene"

Second to persuade the judges that I should have custody of my daughter, since my then ex had not been seen for 5 years. Took them a long time to deliberate on that (they apparently don't like men -especially farangs-having custody.) I won!

WHY?3 Judges correct then i think all 3 were Family court correct ?

First to obtain a divorce from my Thai wife - who had "fled the scene"I KNOW THEY DO THAT

Second to persuade the judges that I should have custody of my daughter, since my then ex had not been seen for 5 years. Took them a long time to deliberate on that (they apparently don't like men -especially farangs-having custody.) I won!
You are right they do not like us ... They would rather have a non careing mother than a careing father...  Thank you!!!
