I was in Ekachon a couple of years ago with a kidney stone. After tests, and a couple of nights stay they stated I needed an operation to have it removed. They would send the specialist to see me (He works in the government hospital). The following morning they discharged me stating that the specialist would not come and I would need to go and see him. He was available twice a week for 1 hour.
I duly visited 2 days later to find I was No 55 in a queue of people waiting to see him within just 1 hour.
Naturally I did not wait. Drove down to Pattaya, with an appointment at the Bangkok Pattaya Hospital. Was shown into to the specialist right on time, who looked at my supplied x rays, and told me the stones were so small they would pass naturally.
So much for Ekachon and their clearly overworked specialist!

Hi HappyinIsaan ,sorry to hear about your bad experience ,from my experience if you have serious medical check or treatment its not the place.
all the "clinics" are selling pills without even investigate seriously what is the problem of the patient.
I advice to go to Korat or Bangkok if you want to meet the experts with more knowledge, surely it will cost much more then Buriram but at least you get treated the right way you deserve to get.
Just advice of course. character5

Agree Bangkok or Khorat likely to be better, but in an emergency, or in my case excruciating pain, I just needed to get to the nearest hospital (private that is - not the "lets play silly games" government hospitals
