Came across this beauty whilst clearing some land, i was told it is a trap door spider.

http://Now that scares me.

I like most other animals (snakes/lizards ect) but I thought Thailand did'nt have big spiders.  helpsos
I suppose its best to know they are out there!  confused2

I've never seen a spider that big here in LOS,I guess it could give a fair old bite too.Do have some pretty big black scorpions around though

This spider is currently resident in my hen house. Looks like a St Andrews Cross spider to me.....
