Hello people,
Do you know if "Bangkok Bank" branches in Bic C/Robinson (Buriram) issue
Letter for immigration (extension of stay)?
If so, how long it might take? Same or next day?
Thanks
Bob

Yes they issue the required bank letter. Just provide personal verified details. The letter takes only a few minutes.

Thanks mate,
And one more question: Somebody got a latest list of documents IO's asked for the extension of stay on retirement (800K option). Due next month.
Thanks again.

I don't know if this will help but I recently went for my retirement extension based on my pension, I was armed with a letter from Krungthai bank and a print out of the previous twelve months activity on my account. The I/O told me that I did not need the full printout just one showing the pension transfers into my account.

Today went to Big C and got a letter (10 mins/100 baht) and they just updated my passbook without today's deposit entry. 800K approach.
Went to IO at stadium and got an extension of stay for retirement and multi re-entry permit (1900+3800 baht), 90 days report as well.
Passport, copies of used pages, TMs, tm7/tm8 forms completed upfront, 2 photos, banking FD account passbook . 30 mins and out.
No mention of proving 800k later but I know the rules anyways.
They do a very good job.
Hope, this info will be helpful to somebody.
