Looking for a Computer Repair Shop in either Buriram / Surin area.
Any recommendations ?

Top floor of Taweegit plaza, opposite the old City Hall. It's a bit sparce up there now but the first shop on the right is very good. I have used them a few times.

No. That is Taweegit Supercenter. You need to go further into town. Go through the lights where the roundabout used to be. Taeeegit Plaza is on your right.

Thx !!
I am still a NooB as it comes to finding locations in Buriram:)

Night market - IT RELAX / Great computer shop,
The owner (I think his name is Nick) is a great person to deal with.
Good English as well (Relatively to a Thai person).

Relax at the night market seems to have closed or moved again.
Shop is shuttered with for sale/rent sign on it.
Anyone know where they have gone?
Otherwise latest repair recommendations much appreciated.

I used to use ITRelax, but now they have vanished, I went back to Acer (I use an Acer laptop). It was a very nice experience; the technicians were friendly and helpful. They quoted a price from the start.... and stayed with it. No last minute additions.
I don't know whether they will handle other brands, but from the size of their workshop, I guess they might. Their service station is just opposite the entrance to the Bus Station on Thani Road.

My friendly repair by Acer has developed one of those things which is hard to solve..... the solution which works sometimes and not at others. The staff are all terribly helpful, but that doesn't solve my problem. I think I shall need to buy a new laptop/notebook, and use the old one as an occasional backup.

Before ditching your computer, search the Internet forums with your specific problem. On several occasions I've found solutions to various computer hiccups that I've experienced, by trying the advice on these forums.
Nearly always it's been software related, and these online tech nerds always have some solutions.
