When you say help, do you mean a removal service or do you mean a few guys with trucks to assist you.

The move went well, truck and six men showed up on time and did the move in about six hours. No damage to items, there was some discrepancy over whether or not the large fridge would fit in the door of the new house, apparently a farang with a measuring tape is not a reliable source, very typical. if anyone is in need of a mover they can PM me for phone#. Now i have the men in orange to tell me what day would be lucky for us to move in. brick1

Glad the move went well. You should know that stupid Farang cannot measure.
I'd just move in and then if really necessary get them round to bless it..... Or not. When we built ours I was told have to wait for 3 months. They started the next week.

Yes the same with my place. 25 pits to be dug for the upright colums, building crew on site, told we would have to wait for the Monk's to come and tell us where to start!! "Start digging here now" and dig they did.
Prior to this I had been told that I could not have the front door facing the road as I wanted, and that it would have to be at the side?? "The front door faces the road or it doesn't get built"  The front door faces the road.
