Hello Everyone!
So we built a house in Kandong, Buriram and I am actually very pleased that the only 'brain-x' that the builder (second builder actually) that we used had was that he didn't seal the seams/gaps in the concrete roofing tiles. Most of the seams/gaps have been filled/sealed with silicone but I would like a professional to come and have a look and make any additional repairs/sealing that might be necessary.
I also need an 'experienced' (I use the word experienced vs. skilled out of fear that I would get no responses to my request using the word 'professional' or 'skilled' in my ad/request) painter to paint the damage caused by the water soaking through a few areas of the interior ceiling and walls.

take all top tiles off...use dry ridge..put them back...cement in the holes and paint it...can all buy this stuff at mr PiCHai's shop////
