Well said DJ.. You hit the nail on the head again.. If KCI isn't onboard with this then it doesn't mean a thing..
Also if you enter ANY location other than bangkok it jumps you to a "contact your local immigrations office" screenThat was how it appeared from reading various thai related forums out on the inter-web.
Well I tried the on-line report this morning about 10 am, it is still pending. However, the office may be holiday closed, and closed tomorrow 5 May. So hopefully I will get a response on Wednesday.

Do you get a page to print as confirmation?
If not, I would suggest taking a screen shot and printing it yourself. Just in case it hasn't been approved at the other end or someone decides to tell you that it wasn't next time you go to the office.

There is a print page option that prints out the same type page you get at immigration giving you the next report date. This needs to go into your passport.
@urleft.
Congrats,mbut 1 question.
You applied on May 4th, but when was your 90 day due ?

OK. That should negate any disagreements with Immigration.
Now I'm not throwing stones here, but I can't see making this process any harder by saving something to a flash drive, taking it somewhere, etc. It's a pretty straightforward process.
I looked at the "example" shown on the Immigration website. The example says you can check your status, but it shows a list of the applicants and their status, ie pending, it also gives applicants names, passport numbers, and DOB. In my opinion not good to have that info out there, so I opted for the mail method this time.
15 days out from my 90 day report as of today so gave the on line report a shot. Pleasantly surprised to whizz through the 4 stages and now waiting approval !
I think they've done a pretty good job with the website to date and found it relatively intuitive. Fingers crossed approval will be forthcoming.
Appreciate the information given by previous postseason on this subject.
Sorry for your inconvenience with the 90 days report via internet.
There's some condition about 90 days report via internet. Not that everyone can do.
The system must have your last entry to Thailand and your last 90 days report information.
In your case, the system cannot detect your last entry to Thailand in 2008. So ashamed to tell you that our information system change every few years. Only those entry to Thailand around 2013 - 2015 (now) can do or else you just have to come to our office as before.

Online 90 Day Report APPROVED. Recieved email at 0809hrs this morning and just double checked on line. Well Done KCI. As previously stated, seems like they have their act together.
Outstanding. Another poster was mentioning that he can not complete the online process because he entered Thailand 2008. Do you think if he used the date of last extension approval instead of the 2008 date that it would possibly work?

use an email from either gmail, yahoo or hotmail, immigrations wouldn't send you confirmation
Any of you guys done a successful 90 day online report who didn't use one of those three email providers?
Just got a message from my Bud in Patts that was not able to do the on-line. The office told him that you can't do on-line within 7 days of the report, must be 15-8 days before. That's strange as you would assume (sometimes dangerous here) that its a nationwide system. I was told last week at Immigration that it had to be completed within the time frame of 7 days before & 4 days after report date.

While I hate to say your local immigrations office is wrong, or the info your buddy in Chonburi was told, is wrong, it is, <- TOTALLY wrong.Just got a message from my Bud in Patts that was not able to do the on-line. It appears, from everything I can glean off the thai related forums out on the inter-web that the Kap Choen Immigrations office has the most approvals online, or at least the most people who've reported back and said they've done it successfully.Jomtien may need an email address from one of the providers above, but Kap Choeng does not.
I did talk to Jomtien Immigrations yesterday about the 90 day online system and was told IF I didn't use an email from either gmail, yahoo or hotmail, immigrations wouldn't send you confirmation that you have a 90 day pending or if it's been approved.
Instead you have to go check the status on their website using the reference number or passport, DOB, nationality to find out..

Hi Guys, I don't seem able to get the link from the first post to open the extranet. I had a similar problem with the Bangkok bank website not handling win 8.1 a while ago but that got fixed, would one of you kind people just check and see if they are down or it is my laptop again, tried an ipad too with no success but that could be a safari issue with them.
Cheers T.B

I am having the same problem, maybe the site is down as I successfully used that link earlier.
The link has changed to:
https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online/online/tm47/TM47Action.do (https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online/online/tm47/TM47Action.do)
However the new link reports a certificate error following an attempt by immigration to "self certify" the site, without a certificate from one of the "big" certificate providers. There are a few posts on TV about this.
Wonder why the posters are produced in Thai language as they don't have to do this process?

Wonder why the posters are produced in Thai language as they don't have to do this process? The essential bits are in English, like 'go to' 'wait one to two days' etc. It's possible that this poster is also used by immigration officers for learning purposes.

More likely to check peoples work permits/ 'B' visa's against the type of work they do, meow thinksWonder why the posters are produced in Thai language as they don't have to do this process?

Are there any foreign Embassies in Bangkok that allow visitor/spouse visa applications in Thai?
Maybe the Thai authorities are thinking of adding a Thai language test as part of the visa/extension process.
Now that would ใสแมวในหมู่นกพิราบ.

Well the link works, but you have to use IE 7, updated explorer versions are not supported.
Here is the screen I was able to bring up:
Have they changed the URL? The one I used before seems to be gone.

Took a bit, but finally got to an immigration message per this link:
http://www.immigration.go.th/nov2004/en/base.php?page=step (http://www.immigration.go.th/nov2004/en/base.php?page=step)
Looks like those that need a 90 day are SOL until they get it fixed and have to do the manual report.
Seems to be working ok here.
