Title: Looking for Roasted Pig area South of buriram

Hi,

I not found the right forum... Thai food ..no, western food  no.. I try this one :)

i looking for a roasted pig (Lechon)  (http://www.peanutbrowas.com/uploads/5/5/8/7/5587499/2047283_orig.jpg)in the area South of Buriram.


My neighborhood are farming pig's and can slauther for me one :),  but i can't handle this, I never made an complete lechon before.

So i looking for "all in one" for this... , I back Buriram in July and need this end of October.
Everybody has a contact for me ?

I ate so many of these I got sick of it. It's really quite easy to do once butchered, stuffed with what ever herbs you want and spitted. Some poor sod has to turn it and baste it for hours, I'm sure you can find stuff on Youtube for 'suckling pig roast, spit turning'.

Take a look at how to do it Hawaiian style.  Bury it and cook, no turning
