Not 100% sure, but I think I see 4500 baht at the pharmacy inside Big C...

I bought one at a pharmacy by the day market for 3400 baht:

I was at a pharmacy basically across the street from the bangkok bank, they had one for 3800 baht.  I bought one next the next pharmacy down about 40 meters.
