If yes, so it's because of Thai food / the weather and life style here is easier than Europe / Western ( for foreigners ).

I cannot say about the long term effects of living in Thailand on the ageing process.I am not full-time resident. Last year I made 4 trips back --but miraculously each time I turn into a schoolboy when I leave the airport. Not just from wearing short trousers! Childish wonder at learning new things, plenty of scraped knees, kid in candy store feelings, not enough pocket money....................

Just back home after 2 glorious weeks in LOS and I can say that like previous poster when I am in
Thailand I am smiling most of the time, its just a great feeling....
Yes, a bit like a kid in a candy store..... maybe if we age quicker here its because we are exerting
more energy than we would in home country. ??
