Title: Long term rental wanted

I am a single guy looking for a detached house 1/2 bedrooms 1 bathroom Kitchen garden/parking area for motorcycle water and electricity by individual meter availability internet connection the house must be close to thw city (range 5/6 km from the center) and pet must be allowed (I have 1 dog polite and well trained).

6 000 tbh per month, deposit 2 months - ok. 10 years (long term) contract (signed with local lawyers = no price change) . I will go for it. Let me know.
Need some more details: Electric/water/internet rates, outside space for a Thai kitchen, parking, etc. More pics are welcome.
