New price (same for last 3 years) is 222000 Baht

Add the quality Accessories into the equation (Hepco and Becker Boxes and Engine guards alone run to 50K) and I think he has priced it just right.

Of course, like most thing for sale, there is always a bit of leeway in the price :)
