How and Where to register FREE health gold card in Buriram city ("Thesaban")? (For Thai national only).
บัตรทอง/บัตรประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้า ("Bat Tong")
Bring your Id card and house registration book (Tabian Ban) to the public health office to register.
*Every amphur have National Health Security office and only the residents of the amphur can register in their local office.
(IE: Buriram city residents can register only in buriram city office, etc.).
Location: palud muang road, (Saha chatchawun plaza area), Nai muang Buriram 31000. Thailand.
