this is a good question.
for two reasons, the first is that I move to an other area of Thailand and the second is, where i move there is a good opportunity, so, is my time to sell this property, although I know that waiting a couple of years the value will be much higher.

these plot is sold
there are one other for sale in the same area, it s 10 rai and the price asked is 2,5 milion x rai. IT' S not MY, but i can give phone number if interested.
And another one, but not sure is on sale, have sign on the land with phone number.
All land around was bought by sino/thai ...
