The Buriram Ruangsangthai Lawn Mower Repair Department who also properly fix air compressors, pressure washers, water pumps, well pumps, brush cutters, power tools and concrete mixers on a daily basis in Buriram at my family owned builders merchants located across from the Buriram Provincial Electricty Authority four story office building on Highway 2074 provides lawn mower blade sharpening while you wait for 100 baht and up depending on the length of your blade. I also stock many sizes and brands including Bosch, Makita, Briggs & Stratton, Honda and Talon Lawn Mowers and Replacement grass mower replacement blades. The woman in charge of my repair department is fluent in Thai and has English language skills which serve many expat customers for actual repair services 7 days a week. The more brands that my staff can fix in Buriram, have actual parts in Ruangsangthai, and NOT have to send away to Bangkok, serves my customers in a positive way. Sharpening lawn mower cutting blades in a professional manner is a service my ten full time repair people understand and are happy to provide.

Pichia is the Man.
Took my deep well water pump, that had developed a "death rattle" and had stopped delivering water. I was fully expecting to pay around 8K for a new one.
His guy had it fixed in ten minutes, 300 bht Inc some new part. thumbup

Urleft, BillH52, Davureborn,Mahdam: Thank you so much for your kind comments. I strive to instill in all of our 110 employees to practice and deliver on the concept of "put the customer first". Customer service and "problem solving" seems to have been taken to heart by the repair department at both of my stores in Buriram. Some days it is "like herding pandas", but the manager of the service department keeps those men focused on the tasks they need to accomplish to serve our Buriram customers with any power tool, water pump, Drill Press, Garden Shredder, Garden Mulcher, lawn mower, pressure washer, concrete mixer, generator, chain saw, or brush cutter minor service or major repair.

This week I sold a Troy Bilt riding lawn mower made in the USA to an Australian expat who traded in his Raptor lawn mower with a made in the USA Briggs & Stratton 4 stroke petrol engine. This self propelled Raptor grass mower is still under warranty and is only 3 weeks old. The grass catcher was never used. I am happy to sell it for 9000 baht cash. An American customer who bought the Makita self propelled MO11- PLM4611 petrol lawn mower which has a larger Briggs & Stratton engine has traded this pristine grass mower in for a large bicycle wheel Honda 160gx powered tall grass cutting mower. I have priced this Makita M01 PLM 4611 to sell fast at 9950 baht cash. Both mowers work perfect and were checked by my repair department manager's husband. Spare parts for the Briggs & Stratton, Rapter and Makita are easy to obtain, I also posted a photo of a younger man in our repair department who recently graduated from the Makita Tool Repair school in Bangkok. If you buy a name brand power tool or name brand lawn mower from my store and it is in great shape, consider a trade in or consignment sale at Ruangsangthai. I really only want to sell 2nd hand items that were bought at my store and I know are in perfect working condition.
