I am pleased to say there seems to be a lot of new bars opening here in Surin, at least 7 that I can think off. A few have live farang/coutry style music and some very sexy waitresses.

I see its a trend in Surin the live music in bar, not so popular in Buriram, I don't know if its for everyone..  whistle

Maybe if they open hooters or something like this it will be big success, but Thai women seems to be dull in this source so it might be a problem. mhihi

It might be more a case of Buriram, not having any musicians.

The 2 "Wonderful" Bars in Pattaya which feature live music nightly are probably the most popular bars.

I think ADMIN was referring more specifically to Buriram town rather than the province. This would be more in line with the Dave the Dude's initial comment which referred to Surin town.

I was not refering or comparing the two places. I just (thought) I was posting a bit of relevent and maybe good news in The Surin Section.

Quite correct Dave

However the point was made that Buriram lacks what Surin has.

Perhaps Coffee Corner should have the occasional music night, other than the frequent Rod Stewart wannabe late on a Friday night!
