When it will open ?

We have been opened since March 23rd. Hours are 0700 am to at least 1900 pm or later. As said we are on highway 214 600 meters south of immigrations on the east side of the highway or 100 meters before the post office , same side. This is going towards Chong Chom. We (wife) has two Saeco Machines. She does expresso, cappucino, mocha, latte , hot, cold, feappe and others. We have hot and cold snacks and selected food. Also we have Wall's Ice Cream. We also have selected beer and wine. Aircon inside along with soon to have wifi and all sports channels

Just stopped by KCI, doors and windows opened for an airing out, no new equipment or furniture, one immigration security guard on duty. The immigration officers said that staff would move in May 25 and plane to open June 1.

I always thought a good Pizza and burger place would go down well on route to the border , there's not much to eat on that road , only noddles and basic Thai food .There is a reservoir if you turn right in Chap-Churn where you can sit over the water they do ok Thai food BBQ Chicken \fish \sontam and stuff nice place to Chill !

M&D Coffe will close to day at 4PM and re open on Monday morning October 10. this for the broken record of the now monthly tooth fairy ruin to Chiang Mai. But at the same time Mrs. GL will stop off in Lampang to procure more stock of certain items for HER new shop. As for me I'll return to KC on the 12th so I can visit a good friend just in from beautiful Baghdad and take in the sites of Loi Khro Road.
As a side note..M&D Coffee is ready and waiting to assist and help Prakhonchai Expat Services, Ray and Nick, on their monthly tours to Siem Reap. We are waiting for your arrival on October 11 and I shall see you on your return October 13.

Quick Trip to NEP

You need photos of your and your wife (6) taken about your house and one of these has to show your address. They will not process your application without them. The traditional wedding photos do not count.

ban1216 .... I am assuming that you are going to do a "marriage" extension?
If so, then the pictures required are NOT from the wedding BUT from around where you live.
I believe they want to see both your and your better half in front of the house with the house number showing. In the house and possibly even the bedroom !!!
Also, will want a MAP of your house in regards to its location from the immigration office.

The KR2 is NOT the fancy embossed A4 sized certificate that you got when you registered your marriage at the district office.

Everything that is being discused you will need TWO copies of AND there are 4 pages in Thai that your wife will fell in. I do have a complete set of these at M&D. It would help you if you wanted to drop by M&D first and fell these forms in first with out the cluster ---- of immigration.

Off to O'Smach..
M&D Coffee this Thursday August 29 will be only serving coffee as the chief coffee expert and cook will be visiting O'Smach Cambodia in a 200 car/truck caravan with 1500 others from Kap Choeng (police escorted). This is for a joint Thai Cambodian Community awareness program. So if your in the neighbor I'll be @ M&D but very limited service.
PS. I did ask here to bring back some Angkor Beer and fresh French bread.

Those with brains drive to M&D.600 meters east of immigration directly opposite the Maxxis Tire Center.GPS 14.4741991131, 103.602019776 (M&D Coffee) Also felling naughty. Some people are just lazy. I have customers that walk that 600 meters.

Yes it's easy to miss as it just blends in this the other Thai shops around it.
You don't expect a western run business to have one of those Thai stalls that sell those drinks of various colors on the front.( very Thai )

The Lemon Lounge is now open.
As you are heading to Prasat from Kap Cherng it is on the left hand side. It is on the frontage road about 200 metres before the 214/24 junction. You can't miss it. The inside is decorated in a nice yellow colour.

In Prasat you have Staffords, Leelawadee Resort and Ryans Resort. I would give Ryans the edge. BUT here at M&D we put out the full Monty breakfast..@ 150 baht.

Hear is the menu. Big Breakfast comes with two strips of bacon and two Cumberland thins, beans, two eggs any way, hash browns, toast butter jelly, juice and coffee or tea. If the wife has extra she puts it on. Cumberland are from the Starman and bacon from Nookie. I prefer the Starmans sausage as it has more zing to it. 150 bhat.

Had not thought of that. There is also an orange bus. Both owned by the owner of Maxxis directly across the highway from us.He parks them there during the day in front of the karaoke bar but that may change in another month or two.

We are still open but were in between projects. We are building a new M&D at the north end of KC. Sorry to have missed . I would say another couple of months.Keep trying and when we do relocate an office notice will go out. Remember KCI is closed for Songran April 10,11,12,13,14,15.

For me, adobe is mud bricks OR entire walls (pressed earth). I helped make a home in Portugal. I'm not sure that you can live in a brick.

After leaving KCI driveway, heading for Prasat, how far up the main street is it ? Left or right side ?

You go back towards Prasat, pass the hospital, then about 1 km further on your left you will see a ver large red and white truck tire painted as advertisement for a repair shop, at that tire is a soi turn left first 30 feet is dirt then concrete. About 1 km down the soi on your left is a red brick fence, drive way and house thats us. If you go by us another 200 feet the concrete runs out. We want all to drop by but we are not officially open at the moment we are still in the final construction but the nasty part the wife just buried her grandmother, that kicked some ass on us and at this time her uncle went back into the local hospital this morning and she is doing day shift, he is not expected to live. The Chanting Monks Quartet Saturday gave him the last rights. When all is done I will post directions and a proper map in the mean time fill free to call me at 0861867267 if your in the area.
