Hello fellows,
I want to prepare a Last Will. Nothing much but my banking account. Would you, please, point me in the right direction. I am in the Buriram/Nang Rong area. Many thanks.

For American citizens the embassy has a helpful page with a Thai translation of what they can and will do. Most important is their issuance of the functional equivalent of a death certificate that will be acted upon back in the States.

 When possible pre-fill out forms thus making sure the vital information (siblings, children, passport number, etc.) is in one place and the embassy's U.S. citizen services phone number is at hand will get everything underway.

Thank you, I am an American citizens but unfortunately/fortunately I do not have any relatives nor any possessions back home. Only my banking savings being transferred over here at the point. My concern is my FD account and may be some more. I am already in contact with Nick. Thanks again.
