Title: XMASDAY LUNCH AT NOOKIES

Here we are again another year nearer the grave,As usual a serve yourself affair,NO TURKEY,but Lamb, Beef, Gammon,Pork & Chicken Breasts with all the usual bits...............A large selection of Thai dishes too.............
                                  400baht per couple.
                                             SOLD OUT.

Paul,

Since I am an American I fail to understand the distinction between Gammon and Pork.  So please explain the difference.
