do any one know if the yellow bus go today from nong rong to hua hin  and what time if it go

There is a bus everyday. Not sure of the exact timed. The office is open until 4:30pm and thenreopens at 21:30.

You might consider flying, at least to Bangkok with Nok Air or Air Asia.  Just an option.
