There's heaps of steel type workshops around. I think take the TW into any and ask. There's one on the left walking from Walking Street towards Bamboo Bar (on the left). i short drive around the streets near the day market and you'll find a couple as well

Mr Pichai at Ruangsangthai has it in different sizes and will deliver.

What sizes I do not have in stock, I can recommend a fine local business located directly next door to BC Home on the Buriram Phutthaisong Highway 2074. It is directly across the street from the Esso Petrol Station.  This shop can also fabricate stainless steel items including restaurant sinks, food prep tables and stainless steel exterior sign profiles.  Tuesday the Australian air compressor team return to Ruangsangthai for a five day engagement showcasing affordable high quality air compressors at the front door of my family owned builders merchants store in Buriam.

I am also looking for 1.4" plate, about 90cm square. 
Ruangsangthai do you have large sections like this?
