Hi

Bearing in mind that a large proportion of potential passengers could be made up of farangs they do not make it easy to book a ticket with all info in Thai and no English option.

I would of thought that if it is an 8 seater navajo they have a good chance of getting decent load factors if only we could read the site! cool1

Does anyone know if these flights have actually started only the Surin route has been put back until mid Sept!

Woohoo!!! A piper with well trained Thai pilot?? Dreamworld....here I come. party2. punk..Hang on a sec. That's the term I use for motorbike taxi ride bike037. But who cares. I am up for a jolly ride as soon I can learn Thai language.

BTW. Do they supply parachutes  monkeydancing and drinks (I mean to passengers  party4. I am sure pilots have to sober...chai mai?)?

A couple of weeks ago (mid sept) I was back in Buriram and  stayed at the Thepnakorn for a couple of days before staying in Nong Pai Noi for a week. At the Thepnakorn I saw an add in the lobby for 'Thai Regional Airlines' offering flights out of Buriram Airport. Called the phone numbers listed and could never get thru. Was never able to talk to anyone.
Whats up with TRA? Do they even exist?  Any info?

 Thanks

He's been in a few cockpits in his time.

Perhaps he will take me under his WING.We could go to Pattaya together and let the girls play with our LANDING GEAR.I know the ANGLE OF ATTACK  isn't what it used to be and I've have had a few problems with me BUMPED COWLING but I still have the FLARE  for being a HELICOPTER.Nookiebear could be the PILOT IN COMMAND  and I will just walk in his SLIPSTREAM .We could do some POWER LOADING with the help of some DOPE.I also heard there is SLOTTED FLAP available for those who want to ROLL with a TAILDRAGGER but you have to watch out for the TRIM TAB as some like to TOUCH-AND-GO .I hope AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL doesn't take this off as we are only  talking Aviation jargon  redman

Sounds like you guys have provided ALL the info I needed   thumbup   And yeh that flight schedule and numbers were the same ones I saw at Thepnakorn.  A one plane airline with an 8 seat Navaho huh?  Im from Alaska ... I am accustomed to small planes but probably just as well I didnt get in touch with them. Not sure an 8 seater is the right choice for a first time flyer(my gf).....especially during rainy season.
I do wish Nok Air would fly more often but will try to book with them next time. In reference to the Pattaya Aviation Jargon......  Guys always hit the tarmac in Pattaya like a F-18 hitting a carrier deck low on fuel. They forget about 'flare' 'flaps' 'angle of attack' or who 'called the ball' the just want to hit the deck and hook something.  After a few drinks they have transformed from the F18 to the F22....nearly invisible and endowed with near Jedi skills with the ladies.
It goes un-noticed by the uninitiated that the ladies are double agents working both sides of equation and will send the great F18's turned F22's ... home as Tail draggers. :o

Joining the MHC in a crowded 8 seater Navajo is definitely gonna lead to some Voyeurism, Froder-ism, Optimism and a few other 'ism's'  I'm sure....but you can still go for it if you like. Just let me know when you book so I can avoid having to wash my eyes with bleach! ohmybar

Thanks Ken for the fare updates!
