Tik’s Noodle Restaurant.
Tik’s Noodles has been a successful and popular venue for Thai and farang customers since opening in February of this year. It serves a variety of noodles with a unique soup that is solely owned and produced by Tik herself. The restaurant is centrally located on a main thoroughfare in a bustling community with two nearby markets, school and government offices and adjacent to the moat, park and walking street which provides continued passing trade in the ever booming city of Buriram. The shop is fitted out to a high standard and comes complete with everything required for the continuation of business with all training provided as part of the package. The double fronted shop has living accommodation on the 2nd floor consisting of a lounge, two bedrooms and a bathroom with stairs leading to an open rooftop.
The restaurants continued growth and the recent addition of iced coffee and tea plus a real possibility to branch out with a franchise make it an ideal opportunity for any couple or family seeking an established business in the heart of the city. To date we have only been opening 6 days a week Mon – Sat, 8am – 4pm so evening and Sunday trade is still untapped. Unfortunately we are now looking for new owners due to poor health.
