8 Buses each day/way

Yes there is. Just before the crossing on your right hand side you will see a Thai Army guard post and an entrance to a parking area. The army guards 24 hours and the cost is 100 baht for 24 hours.

Just had a brain x. Chong Chom crossing does not open untell 7:30 am So the first two departure times are no good. Also info on this site for ID is no good as Thai immigration will only allow a person with a valid passport to cross.

Post by: backhoebill on October 07, 2015, 03:19:51 PM: THE BORDER OPENS AT 7AM THERE IS TIME TO GET VISA AND CATCH THE 8AM BUS AS YOU GO OUT OF THAILAND THERE IS A TABLE AT THE END OF THE WALK WAY AND THE BUS LEAVES FROM THE CAR PARK ON THE LEFT if there is no one at the visa window ask at the arrival and they will call him, The car park was safe we laft pick up there for a week they even opend the tail gate to let the water out
