Land for sale Buriram. Nong Ra Ngam village, Lamplaimat sub district.
4 rai recently surveyed paddy land with good rice yield on paved 2 lane road in front and man made river in back.
It has been in the extended family for as long as anyone here remembers and was recently divided between the children.
Electric is about 1 km away and I will be bringing it closer when I build my fishing retreat next year ( ok just a little pond for me to spend some time at. )
Asking price 1.2 million baht negotiable, all reasonable offers considered.
Reason for sale: family is downsizing farm land to become semi retired.
