Freddy - My experience of  the private hospital immediately prior to my stay at the government one, was as per Starman's post " Doctors and specialists usually are fully employed by the government hospital and then moonlight at the private one "

The doctor looking after me would make his daily visit at around 11pm after finishing his days work at the government hospital and evening at his private clinic.

Each time a doctor was required for me there was a 20 minute or so delay while one was summoned from the government hospital.

Unfortunately, my condition is more than heart related.
