Been shopping for paint today and finally went with Beger    http://www.beger.co.th/product?painttype=1

Even though they had some very expensive paint ( the  Beger Shield Diamond was about 2200 for 9.46 lt )

I  decided to go with their Beger Cool All Plus Semi-gloss at about 1400 for 9.46 lt ( roughly 2800 for 5US Gallons ) which is more the double the price of the TOA Super matex !!

I brought 7 No  9.46 lt Buckets of the main colour and a small 3.785 lt tub of the darker colour to go around the bottom of the walls and house where needed. With rollers , paint trays ( the painter has some trays but I would sooner use new ones ) ,  sandpaper, paint brushes ,filler and a tin of wood stain for our wooden chairs and small coffee table on the veranda , the whole bill was less than 11,000 Baht .With the cost of the painters labour I should come in well under the 20K I have allocated for the job.
The painter has looked at the walls and said I've done such a good job of jet washing all the wall in his opinion the surface is stable enough to be painted on after a light sand and filling of any small cracks .
So if you thinking of painting your house it's a lot cheaper than you may expect
You would never get the whole outside of your House painted in the UK including labour for under 450 quid

AND -------- Apparently my paint has Innovative Micro Sphere Ceramic technology as used by NASA on the space shuttle  cool1

All finished ,I would recommend the Beger Paint if anyone is thinking of a re-paint or even a new build.
Here's the before and after shots  :)
