Home-pro or any of the big DIY stores will usually be running some sort of promotion on Air Cons and electric Showers if your not fussy about a particular brand.

Should you purchase from a large DIY I would avoid their installation services. Very expensive. Not sure where you are but once you have purchased it is likely that a member will be able to reccomend a local electrician to do the job at a fraction.

We bought our air conditioners from HomePro, they installed them for the written price. They didn't come back to propose the yearly service though, and we let that slip.

Same Same with Home Pro for me.

For a standard AC unit like what you want I agree with Freddy, keep checking at home pro for the best clearance.

However, I upgraded to a 48K BTU and beat home pro prices.  When there were issues they came right back.  Bought from the store midway across the street from the Chineese School and the Bamboo.

I've had great service from the place diagonally opposite the Bamboo Bar. I've bought 2 air conds from there. They came out and checked the size of the areas I need cooled. Agreed on the price including install. I'm very happy with their sales and service.
Regards
