มอร์เตอร์ไซด์วินรับจ้างบุรีรัมย์มีรายได้เพิ่มขึ้นกว่าหนึ่งเท่าช่วงเทศกาลปีใหม่

The motorbike taxi in Buriram Province has doubled their revenues of more than one time extra increase during the New Year Festival.

During the New Year Festival, the motorbike taxi have revenues of more than the normal range which is usually their income is about 100-200 baht a day but during New Year Festival their income is 400-500 baht a day per person. But this year has been less customers than last year. Because people turn to use private cars and car hire contractors, as the last year the motorbike taxi have an income during the New Year about 800-1,000 baht a day per person.

Buriram has organized New Year’s Day activities and brought New Year gift to the elderly who were abandoned in elderly housing.

Buriram has organized New Year’s Day activities for the elderly neglected than 100 people at elderly housing of Buriram province. The activities were food banquet, singing, gave the gifts and Items used in everyday life to the elderly to create a warmth and a morale for the elderly to be happy.

บุรีรัมย์ชาวนา 3 ตำบลกว่า 700ประท้วงไม่พอใจ ธกส.จ่ายเงินส่วนต่างให้น้อย

More than 700 of farmers from 3 sub districts were protest at the BACC bank.

At Prakon Chai Districts, 700 of farmers from 3 sub districts were protest at the BACC bank (BANK FOR AGRICULTURE AND AGRICULTURAL CO-OPERATIVES) because not satisfied the BACC bank pay the commutation of the project called ”Farmer income insurance and the paddy price guarantee” which they get paid only 405 baht per ton, but Neighboring districts get 1,580 baht per ton.

หนุ่มบุรีรัมย์เมาเครียดระแวงเมียมีชู้จับลูกเป็นตัวประกันตำรวจและญาติกล่อมร่วม 2 ชั่วโมง

A man capture his children as a hostage because suspicious that his wife is faithless.

On 21:00 pm Police have been notified of the father capture children as hostage. Thereafter the notified the police went to the house which located 38 M.21 Ban Sai Ngam, Chumhet, Buriram and found Mr.Chatchai Roengpaisan who was drunk and taken 2 daughter (8 years old and 12 years old) as hostages by using a knife as a weapon and locked daughters in the room as he suspect that his wife is faithless. There were many villagers and his relatives and his wife helping to persuade him about 2 hours later he surrendered.

At ”Maree Anusorn School” Buriram, teachers and students were organized Christmas activities which was an opportunity for children to express and participate in academic competitions to enhance knowledge of the students and to get knowledge about the history of Jesus and gave Christmas gifts to children as well.

บุรีรัมย์มีผู้มาขึ้นทะเบียนหนี้นอกระบบที่ ธกส.แล้วกว่า 22,000 รายมูลหนี้กว่า 2,000 ล้านบาท

At the “Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives” at Buriram province, about 22,000 people were registered to the project “Solve the debt outside system problem” , total debt is over 2,000 million baht.

บุรีรัมย์ตั๋วรถไฟถูกจองเต็มทั้งเที่ยวขึ้นเที่ยวล่องช่วงเทศกาลปีใหม่

At Buriram,Train tickets were exhausted booking during the new year holidays both trips go and back.

Mr.Sawat Phannoy (The Station agent of Buriram Train Station) have revealed that railway authorities have added the train trip Line Bangkok – Ubon Ratchathani for 3 more trips run on 30th – 31st December 2009 to service the people who will return to hometown for the new year celebration from a regular train service runs 10 trip a day .

Howsoever, At Buriram train station the train tickets line Ubon Ratchathani – Bangkok were exhausted booking since 25th – 31st December 2009. And the train tickets which is the destination is Bangkok were exhausted booking in advance till 4th January 2010.

ตำรวจบุรีรัมย์เปิดรับฝากบ้านช่วงปีใหม่ป้องกันคนร้ายลักขโมยทรัพย์สิน

Buriram Police has set up the project called “The house depository with the police” during the new year festival.

In order to prevent crime and flimflammer gangs which will try to take the opportunity to make break into houses and steal properties while the home owners travel and celebrate new year festival. The police at buriram province has set up the project called “The house depository with the police” which is the police will be out surveillance on the homes which is participating the project by organized the foot patrol and motorcycle patrol during the new year festival holidays.

เริ่มแล้วงานมหกรรมว่าวโต้ลมหนาวบุรีรัมย์มีผู้สนใจนำว่าวเข้าแข่งขันร่วม 200 ทีม

The winter kite festival has started today. 200 teams join into the competition.

Today is the first day of the winter kite festival. All together there are 200 teams in the competition at “The Central Stadium” of Huai Rat district and the festival will be held for 2 days start from 19th December 2009 till 20th December 2009.

The province expect an increase of income not less than 10 million Baht during the 2 days of the festival.

สมาคมท่องเที่ยวบุรีรัมย์มั่นใจปีใหม่จะมีเงินสะพัดในจังหวัด 2 – 300 ล้านบาท

Tourism Association of Buriram confident that during the new year festival there will be increase in revenues of about 200-300 Million Baht in the province.

The Tourism Association of Buriram is expecting that during the new year festival will have not less than 30,000 visitors both Thai and foreigners coming to celebrated the new year festival in Buriram province which is decreased of 5 percent from the year of 2008 and there will be increase in revenues of about 200-300 Million Baht in the province by tourists spending on the cost on accommodations, entertainment places, restaurants and the souvenirs in the tourist destinations.

บุรีรัมย์ชาวบ้านทั้งหมู่บ้านกว่า 100 ครัวเรือนทำว่าวขายมีรายได้เสริมเดือนละกว่าหมื่นบาท

More than 100 households villagers are making kites for sale in order to have an income of about ten thousand baht per month.

The villagers of Ban Mai Chaipot district, about 100 households made kites and are selling kites on the street and in the various festivals which add an income for them after the harvest and gain revenue of 1-30,000 Baht per month.per month per household and also reduces the labor movement out of the area.

บุรีรัมย์สั่งปิดโรงงานน้ำแข็งก๊าชแอมโมเนียรั่วชาวบ้านได้รับสารพิษร่วม 80 รายส่ง รพ. 1 ราย

Ammonia gas leaking in Ice Factory, Villagers have been toxic, about 80 people and one person been sent to hospital.

Mr.Narong Jeenaum (The Prefect of Non Din Dang district) Has led officials responsible agencies and officials from the “Office of Disease Control and Prevention” to measure the amount of ammonia at the ice factory name “Arawan” located at 168 M.3 Ban Noysageaguan , Sompoy subdistrict , Non Din Dang district.

The Ammonia gas was leaking at the Ice factory and spread over into the area of 2 villages which made the Villagers have Symptoms of pain and an irritation in the eye membrane,in the nose and skin about 78 people and 1 person has been sent to the hospital. The villagers have emigrated from the village temporarily and the Ice factory has been commanded to close indefinitely until will be amended to be in the standards set by the Ministry of Industry.

ตำรวจบุรีรัมย์ดึงชาวบ้านร่วมเป็นเครือข่ายป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาอาชญากรรมช่วงปีใหม่

Buri Ram Police are training villagers to join the network of prevent crime problems during the new year.

About 100 villagers from Ku muang district has joined in training program called “Building strong communities The participation of the people” to be a network of volunteers of police or be assistants for officers in help and defence against crime to secure life and property of people and to support the facilitate traffic and rescue from various accidents during the new year festival.

The trained people will be in the network of notification of the whereabouts to the police to trace the movement of criminal groups and the drugs vendors and drugs consumers in the area as well.

Mr.Seree Pongpanich (A business man and the Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce of Buriram province) has recieved the letter which was writen on “The Government Lottery Office” as the sender and asked to transfer the money 10,000 baht for the registration fee in order to recieve “locked lottery numbers” for 2 period of 16th December 2009 and 30th December 2009, by transfer to a bank account of Bangkok Bank,account name : Miss Watthana Chaiprasert ,account no: 187-434165-2 , Ram Intra Branch.

Fortunately he did not believed and wanted to warn the people “Do not believe the people who claim that they are a lottery office staff”.

Father Day / King’s Birthday Celebration

This year Father’s Day and King’s birthday celebration in Buriram was just beside the Elephant roundabout.

Many people came,about 10,000 people and there was a big stage and many student,officials and other people attened the event.

Group by group Thai people went up to the stage and gave present that represent respect for Father day and to their beloved king.

Father’s Day is set as the birthday of the king. December 5 is the birthday of the current king, Bhumibol Adulyadej (Rama IX). Thais celebrate by giving their father or grandfather a Canna flower (Dok put ta ruk sa) which is considered to be a masculine flower. Thai people will wear yellow on this day to show respect for the king. This is because yellow is the Color of the day for Monday, the day on which king Bhumibol Adulyadej was born. It started being celebrated around the 1980s as part of the campaign by Prime Minister of Thailand Prem Tinsulanonda to promote Thailand’s Royal family. Mother’s Day is celebrated in the birthday of Queen Sirikit.
