บุรีรัมย์แล้งชาวบ้าน 10 หมู่บ้านต้องซื้อน้ำกินแล้ว

Buriram province experiencing drought, 10 villages already need to buy water for consumption.

10 villages of Ban Toom subdistrict, Khu Muang district, Buriram province are being threatened by a severe drought, therefore the villagers need to buy water for consumption at price of 260-300 baht per truck, While some villagers turned crisis to an opportunity by digging a pond at their rice farm and trucks the water to sell which created an income of about 1000 baht per day.

ตำรวจบุรีรัมย์รวบ 6 โจ๋ขับ จยย.ไล่กระหน่ำยิงคู่อริกลางเมืองตาย 1 สาหัส 1

The police arrested 6 teenagers startling fusillade the enemy in the public which 1 died and 1 serious injured.

30 police from Buriram police station both in and out of uniform has taken 6 adolescent who were startling fusillade the enemy in front of the Buriram municipal vegetable market to made a restoration of the crime to the police as part of their confession.

The suspects are Mr.Sakda Krairam,17 years old and friends and one of them is a female students which together used the gun as a weapon and killed Mr.Sakkharin Yungyuen,19 years old and Mr.Nattapon Nikornram,16 years old was serious injured. The cause of the murder/killing is because they dislike each other.

Thief stole assets of patients and assets of relatives of patients    

At the Hospital of Lamplaimat district,Buriram province three cases of theft happened in one night. The thief stole assets of patients and assets of relatives of patients ( Cell phone,Gold,Cash ). Value of all stolen assets total approx 50,000 baht.

Officials prepare to check the thief images from security cameras to track the thief to litigation.

In addition, also alerts patients and relatives of patients should not take an assets with high value to the hospital because this kind of activity happened several times in the past.

“Livestock” of Buriram province declared the Mahout who smuggle and move out elephants of areas without permission will be prosecuted.

The Office of Livestock of Buriram province has declared that will prosecuted the Mahout who smuggle and move out elephants of areas to show in tourism places or to stray selling sugarcane,banana in various provinces without permission which the penalty will be both jail and a fine. The “Livestock” has also specify that from the latest survey found that 60 elephants remained from the amount of 374 elephants.

Villagers using sandbags barrier on water at “Mull rivers”.

At Satuk district,Buriram province, the villagers from 4 villages has brought sandbags to barrier on water at “Mull rivers” which is shallow and nearly runs out of water. In addition, the villagers said that they afraid there will be no water for consumption during this dry season because the water in “Mull river” has decreased faster than normal in this year and asking the government to increase the budget allocation in order to build dam to solve the problem permanently.

Mr.Prommar Anukhun with his relatives from Ni Kom subdistrict, Satuk district,Buriram province has made a request to the Land Office in order to make an examine and cancel the land title deeds of the investors, by claiming that the land title deeds has issuance overlap on his the S.K.1 (The notification document of possession of land) of 30 rai which is a inheritance land since the forefather and identify that the documents may had been forged in order to issue the land title deeds as above by the government officials involvement.

2 workers requesting a fairness after chemical allergy reaction caused them disabilities.

Two workers has come together with their relatives from Ni Kom subdistrict, Satuk district,Buriram province. They have made a fairness request that they are not be able to work as before since they become a disabilities person which caused of a chronic ill symptoms problem while they were working at the “sanitary ware production factory” at Samut Prakan province which manufactured the products like..dishwashing liquid, fabric softener, glass cleaning liquid, which the doctor said that their symptoms has caused by a chemical allergy and they were notified to the company but the company did not take responsibility.

1 dead, 27 injured, 3 seriously injured in a Tour-Minibus accident at Phanom Rung castle mountain.The accident happened on the way to the top of the mountain of Phanom Rung castle. Tour-Minibus from Khu Khan district, Sisaket province which carried 30 people of passengers had lost the control and roll over to the side of the mountain which caused; 1 person died, 27 persons were injured and 3 persons were seriously injured.

Summer storm has caused damage to 12 houses.Mr.Pornchet Sangthong from The office of Protection and public disaster relief of Buriram Province has issued an alert to the public all 23 districts have to be careful as houses has been damaged from the summer storm which now the weather is variability and windy. The alert was announced on radio stations and broadcast tower of the village along with the news of the Meteorological Department to be prepared to deal with situations that may arise.

The villagers at Ban Sawangpatthana,Tajong subdistrict,Lahan Sai district,Buriram province total of about 100 families has chosen a career of making the cogon grass roof to sell both inside and outside province by order and also sell on the roadside, which gain them an additional revenue of around 200-350 baht per day during the dry season.

As in the past, the villagers needed to move out to find a job in another province or in Bangkok but the problem of people moving out of the area was reduced after chosen to do this kind of job/career after the harvest.

 Threat and Extortion of money 60,000 baht from a foreigner’s wife by mention the sex video clip.Mr.Autsadawut Sordglang,28 years old,resident at 20 M.10, Ban Pornsumran,Khu Muang district,Buriram province has been arrested at the restaurant inside some shopping center of Buriram province by the police’s planning and the property in dispute is 20,000 baht money and one cell phone.

Cause of the arrest came from Mr.Autsadawut has threatening and extort the money of 60,000 baht from Mrs.Jenjira Ayamuang,39 years old. If not pay him, then he will publicize the video clip showing they had sex together to the public and to her husband as well But she negotiated the price to be 20,000 baht and he agreed and made an appointment to pay the money at the resturant in shopping department store till police has arrested him as stated.

Tourists flock to see Phanom Rung during the Chinese New Year holiday and Valentine day.

During a holidays of Saturday and Sunday which is also during the Chinese New Year and Valentine at Phanom Rung castle. There were many people climb up the hill to see the beauty and the wondrousness of the Phanom Rung castle which made the tourist increased from normal 1,000 people per day to be 3,000 people per day. Revenues of the gift and souvenir shopping including resturant increased and came to total of at least 3 million baht.

At buriram province the department of Irrigation has prepared a large pump of more than 10 machines to help farmers who cultivated short life plants and off-season rice in areas outside the service area which have about 120,000 rai that crops were planted approx quintuple increased from last year.

The risk areas to a drought are Satuk district, Ban Mai Chaipot district and Na Pho district. Or if any areas have drought problem can request for assistance to the “Protection Center and drought problems” or the “Department of Irrigation” of buriram province.

บุรีรัมย์พบผู้ป่วยโรคอาหารเป็นพิษช่วงหน้าร้อนแล้วกว่า 280 ราย

Buriram province found patients with food poisoning during summer already approx 280 people.

The public health of buriram province has Alert the public to be aware the diarrhea and food poisoning outbreaks during summer after found patients with food poisoning disease already 280 cases in hospitals. The district that found the most outbreaks are Putthaisong, Prakhon Chai, Lahan Sai, Na Pho and Khaen Dong district.

The public health of buriram province also alerts people not to consume the food that half-cooked, should consume a cooked food, clean and heat the food every time before eating and recommend to drink only clean water or water that has been sterilized to avoid the occurrence of diarrhea and food poisoning during the summer.

บุรีรัมย์สามีร้องให้ตรวจสอบการเสียชีวิตของภรรยาลูกจ้างบ้านพักคนชราเชื่อถูกฆาตรกรรม

Husband claims to monitor his wife’s death,believed that has been murdered.

A husband has appeal to the police to monitor his wife’s death which he believed that his wife has been murdered, his wife was employee at the elderly home of buriram province working as a mentor take care of elderly. On Febuary 9th 2010 about 11.00 am, his wife was drinking a box of milk of some brand, then she has a subtract and the saliva soaked mouth and senseless so her colleagues helped to deliver her to Buriram Hospital Center and she died in the evening on the same day. Therefore believe that the death of his wife may be hypnotic.

However, the relative had sent ash to check proof at forensic laboratory institutions already. Which will know the results within 45 days.

การค้าภายในบุรีรัมย์ตรวจราคาหมูเป็ดไก่และพืชผักป้องกันฉวยโอกาสขึ้นราคาช่วงตรุษจีน

Department of Internal Trade of Buriram province has checked the price of food and vegetables to prevent opportunistic of price increases during Chinese New Year.

Mr.Pongsak Voravong from Department of Domestics Trade of Buriram province together with the staff were out to audited in Buriram municipal vegetable market in order to check out pork butcher, Distribution panel of poultry,seafood and vegetables to prevent traders opportunistics exploit consumers by increases the prices or not show prices tags during the Chinese New Year festival.

The reviewed found that the price of the meat has increased from 5 to 10 baht like; pork and chicken from the original 120 per kg increase is 130 baht per kilogram. The vegetables normal price is 25 baht per kg increase is 30 – 40 baht per kilogram.

บุรีรัมย์เกิดเหตุสองแถวรับส่งผู้โดยสารหลุดโค้งพุ่งชนรถรับส่งคนงานโรงงานทอผ้าเจ็บ 12 ราย

An accident, Minibus ran off the curve road tackle the shuttle workers car,12 people were injured.

At Buriram province has an accident, Minibus of the line of “Krasang – Buriram” ran off the curve road at the km 13-14 Ban Sawaijeek, Sawaijeek subdistrict and tackle a shuttle workers car of the weaving factory which cause 12 people were injured.

The police assume that the minibus vehicles with no passengers in the car has drove on high speed and when arrived to the accident area which is a curve road may can not avert immediately that caused the vehicles cross over the lane and tackle the shuttle workers car. which is the cause of the injured but fortunately none died.

บุรีรัมย์ตัวแทนชาวบ้านกว่า 100 ประท้วงค้านก่อสร้างถนนบายพาสผ่านชุมชน

More than 100 agents of villagers protest to deprecate the construction of a bypass road through the community.

More than 100 people from 12 communities of Nang Rong district,Buriram province protest at the front the City Hall of buriram province to deprecate the project of the construction of a bypass road, which this construction project will cut through the community which that will affect the villagers more than 500 houses that mostly it is a residential and shops area.

The villagers also identified that if will have a construction of the road aforesaid, then constructions will take up space of the building area and almost all the houses and will destroy the economic area which has been located for previously and claims that these projects do not pass the public hearing or approval by the villagers.

More than 100 villagers been billing by a scammers gang.

Approx 100 people of villagers has been fooled/tricked by scammers gang claim they can help to change the S.K.1 document (The notification document of possession of land) to be land title deeds by billing the villagers 500 baht per person.

This behavior is bogus and illegal and the officer of the land office warning people to be careful. If found notify authorities.

A Judge has taken a father to complaint at the Council lawyers of Buriram Province after blindness from the eye’s surgery.

Mr.Kritsada Srigallaya (The Judge of Buriram province’s court) has submitted a letter requesting the fairness to the Council lawyers of Buriram Province in order to ask for the fairness for his father who had an eyes surgery in Saint Mary’s Hospital at Nakhon ratchasima province (Korat province) which than he had pain in the eye after 3 days of the surgery and went back to see the doctor but the doctor said it is all normal symptoms, then 7 days pass he still in pain but the doctor still said that it is all normal symptoms,then thereafter 5 days pass which is now total 15 days after the surgery still very pain in the eye so he went to see the doctor again and the doctor said Can not maintain this symptoms and recommended to go to have a treatment in another hospitals.

Mr.Ponkrit Nounprakorn ( The Chairman of Council lawyers of Buriram province ) has indicated that from the evidence monitoring that the hospitals should take a responsibility or consult to find the solution and should not only reject.

However, the Council will follow the attorney as the requested by sue the hospital to claim for the incurred damages. Because his left eye become blind after the surgery.

A leader of the village crunching a villager and that cause 8 people were injured.

Eight people from Ban Ngang, Khok Lek subdistrict ,Muang ,Buriram has inform the police at Buriram police station that they been molest by Mr.Wivein Phonjaroen (The leader of the village) with his staff about 10 person.

This incidence is happened at the meeting of the village which have a villagers about 100 person were in the meeting and then have some of villagers asked him to provide the details to the villagers about the budget of “the sufficient community project” Then he was angry and jump down from the stage to assault the person who asked him and there were his staff about 10 people were joined with him to assault the villagers as well.

Villagers sell corn at roadside has an revenue of approximately 1,000 baht per day during a drought season.

Villagers at Ban Nong Vah ,Nong Ka marn subdistrict, Khu Muang district, Buriram province are use the areas after harvesting to planted a corn which is plant that uses less water to create an income during a drought season by selling on side of the road on Buriram – Putthaisong road which create an revenue of approximately 1,000 baht per day.

Approx Thousand people of villagers brought the S.K.1 document in order to apply for issuance of land title deeds.

At Provincial Land Office of Buriram villagers approx thousand people who has the S.K.1 document (The notification document of possession of land) in order to apply for issuance of land title deeds before the due date on February 8th 2010.

As the Department of Lands has opened to the public to apply for title deeds issued since February 1st 2008.

Presently,approximately 129,000 case have been applied for issuance of land title deeds already and approx 41,000 cases still not apply for issuance of land title deeds from the whole of the province that have people who hold the S.K.1 (The notification document of possession of land) totally 170,000 cases.

Mr.Bandit Pleumram (the Chairman’s Volunteer of Community development) has requested the Ministry of Interior and the Department of Lands to extend the project for additional 1-2 months.
